We provide therapy for adults, teens (age 12+), and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma,grief, relationship concerns, and more.

Q.Do you accept insurance?

We are currently [in-network/out-of-network] with many major insurance providers. If we’re out-of-network,we’re happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Q.What’s your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Q.Is teletherapy available?

Yes! We offer secure video sessions to clients located in Oregon, Washington, and Texas. It’s convenient, confidential, and just as effective as in-person care.
